The latest activities by JTTRI-AIRO, such as conducting research, holding seminars and collaborating parties in the field of transport and tourism.

On Tuesday, December 28, 2021, Mr. SAWADA Takaaki Executive Director, AIRO and his teams had a meeting with Mr. Napintorn SRISUNPANG Vice Minister, Ministry of Tourism and Sports.

In this meeting, AIRO expressed our greatest gratitude for the support from Mr. Napintorn SRISUNPANG Vice Minister, Ministry of Tourism and Sports (MOTS), on setting up AIRO. We also had discussions on many tourism topics in both Thailand and Japan. Although the tourism sector has been affected severely by COVID-19 pandemic, we confirmed that we look forward to recovering the situation and finding positive side for the future. AIRO expressed that it was looking forward to support from MOTS continuously and would like to contribute Thailand tourism based on the need and request by MOTS. Lastly, we understood that we kept in touch with each other for future cooperation.
